- Access to purchased items is provided immediately after payment
- Each transaction is considered complete once confirmed

Technical Delivery Issues
If coins or items were not delivered due to a technical error:
- Report the issue within 14 days of purchase
- Include your transaction ID and relevant details
- Allow reasonable time for us to investigate and verify
Unauthorised Transactions
If your account was used without permission:

- Provide details of the suspicious transaction(s)

Fraud Prevention: Submitting false or misleading claims may result in account termination and legal action.
3. How to Request a Refund
To file a request, please follow these steps:

- Provide:
- Your username and registered email address
- Transaction ID and date
- A clear description of the issue
- Any evidence (screenshots, error messages)
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Investigations are usually completed within 5–7 business days.
- Our decision will be sent to you by email.
4. If a Refund Is Approved
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Processing may take 7–10 business days after approval
- Taxes or processing fees may be excluded, where applicable
- Related virtual items will be removed from your account
5. Consumer Rights in Canada
Residents of Canada may have additional protections under national consumer laws.
Consumer Protection Act
